Coleman Engineering provided master planning and modeling services for a new drinking water system to serve the River Islands development in Lathrop, CA. The system was planned to serve an eventual 11,000 homes with associated commercial and institutional development as well. Planning assumed water supply from two different sources and was made to accommodate early stage development through build out conditions.
